Business Challenges and Opportunities

The task in front of us was to design and develop an easy-to-use intuitve My Account Dashboard (web app) where users can clearly see all their insurances, buy new ones as well as upload those they bought from different places.

Our Solution

We created a simple yet functional UI/UX for the My Account Dashboard that allowed users to bring all their insurances together in just a few clicks. This allowed Mudey to offer them the best cost for the same insurance characteristics.

We designed a straight-forward and fast onboarding process to speed up the check-out cycle for new policies purchased through Mudey which became one of the main value propositions compared to competitors.

We implemented efficient algorithms for notifications to help users track the expiration dates of their policies and make sure they can prolong in time. This helped Mudey retain more customers and sell more insurance policies.
